We completed an interior and exterior remodel of a home on Greencove in The Sea Ranch. We had a good time on this project and worked with some fantastic clients. With Gayle Forster handling interior design, we successfully updated this home on a number of fronts. We started with a refresh outside, with pressure washing, staining, and adding some deck rail elements.
We then moved inside, where a large blocky television and fireplace cabinet in the Living Room was blocking views. We changed this out to a much smaller custom cabinet, with open steel pipe and cable railing elements on each side. New hardwood flooring was installed throughout the home, and a sleek new in-wall gas fireplace in the East wall of the living room was added.
Kitchen cabinets were refinished, new light fixtures were installed, and the home was repainted. The owner has finished off the project with fantastic art pieces. We are very proud of the results of this interior and exterior remodel, and look forward to working with these clients again in the future.
