Complete interior remodel of a classic Condo Unit. Gayle Forster provided an inspired design and furnishings for the interior of this Condo, working closely with the owners to fully develop their vision. The new focal point of the home is a decorative wood and steel wall element, creating a visual separation between the Kitchen and Living Room. Walnut and steel stairways guide a visitor from the Communal Areas to the Bedrooms above. A new propane fireplace provides ample heat for the space. Re-finished sheetrock surfaces, with carefully selected paint colors, offset the existing beam and wood decked ceiling structure. Vertical Grain Douglas Fir multipanel doors, matching baseboard, and completely re-designed lighting.
